Sunflower Signs History
I have a long history in the signage industry and hand painted my first sign back in the eighties while I was at Rhodes University, S.A., studying Fine Art. I then graduated to vinyl cut decals when the first vinyl cutters came onto the market.
In the last 30 odd years, I have run a successful signage and t-shirt printing company in Knysna, South Africa, as well as a Digital Printing company, Fine Art Gallery and Picture Framing business. I always like to be hands-on and have tackled everything from airbrushing of a Harley Davidson, to mosaic signs and hand painting designs on ferries.
Times have changed and thirty-odd years later I find myself in a new continent with an online business in the middle of a pandemic.
